there's real problems with writing tutorials,
Aurora has a huge amount of setup when starting a game and tech picks are sorta randomized for new games. And any step-by-step procedure you write will be invalidated by new versions.
I think we need a 'tutorial game' included in the main package which has a very basic sandbox setup, with basic premade ship components and no starting NPRs. I could set it up myself but any package I hosted would go out of date p. quick.
Hell I need to write a tutorial just for installing the game...haha!
(Despite sentiments to the contrary, I find Conventional starts to be more straightforward and less overwhelming than TN starts because the tech progression is presented to you naturally./
