True.  Neutral or hostile NPRs won't like it.  Friendly NPRs won't mind a tick.

Actually, I'm not sure they would be pissed at him being in their system if he's friendly? Either way, having a diplo team assigned to them will mitigate any damage most likely.

Salvage away!  I'd be pissed, but I have these emotions.

Mostly lust for mineral wealth.
NPRs will care if you're in their systems salvaging wrecks, though.

Like it says on the tin.

I'm playing a conventional-start game, and I'm less than 20 years into it and still very primitive in tech. I'm at "Friendly" status with a very advanced race... their ship speeds are around 7500 kps... and we are both at war with a second, less advanced race. The two NPRs fought a big battle in the friendly race's home system, and there are plenty of wrecks of both sides lying around.

Would anybody mind if I salvaged them?
