ECCM works by offsetting the penalty placed by ECM with 10% per level.

So an ECM 3 normally causes a 20% reduction to range but a weapon with a level 1 ECCM would have this range instead only reduced by 20%.

Hello I have a question. As the title says, if I attach ECCM to a weapon, will it counter ECM mounted on a missile? The reason I'm asking is that I found this thread:

And it says nothing about how ECCM interacts with missile ECM.
