How many civilian ships do you have? If the answer is in triple digits, you might want to go on a purge.

With aurora my hdd reading/writing barely go to 5%

EDIT: now it seems i make turn of 30 days in 7min and 40s.  so clearing the orders of the civilian ships helped.

Aurora is heavily depended on your hard drive. If you have anything running that also uses a lot of hard drive (torrents, games) it will lead to very long increments.

30 days

I cleared orders for every civilian ships, now the turn required 8/9 min.   Do i need to make a turn in SM to see what happens in the even log?

EDIT: tried to make a turn with SM, no change, in the log there is only my empire

How big increments are you at?

Even without other civs fighting, I managed to get stuck with 5s increments for a while, slowing down a lot.
Several active firing controls in my testing zone were the cause, "cease fire" cleared it.

Could it be shipping line ships with loading problems? Try "clear order" in Shipping line screen if they seem stuck loading installations.

I tried to search in the event log with the SM but there are only entries of my empire.

For only 40 odd year into the game, that is quite odd for such a slowdown. Even my games with 4 or so empires at start, high spawn chance, and all spoilers on last at least 70 or so years before "noticeable" slowdown (but not enough to impact gameplay).

My game has 46 years and i'm experiencing 10 mins in real for 30 days in game, i have default setting for systems number (1000), star swarm and precursor ship, orbital motion for planets/moon and now there are 46 civilian ships.
My cpu is a i7-6700k

I read the wiki but is there a way to fix the game while is already started?
Is it normal waiting so much?
