Any chance of a Machine race naming theme?  Some sort of semi-random collection of numbers and letters - even a bunch of license plate numbers would do.  I tried making one with the greek letters as first names, and four digit numbers as last names but I made a hash of it  #:-]

I have added two Machine Race name themes. One uses AAA-NNN (where A = upper case letter and N = number) and the other uses AA-NN-AAA. I can add more if anyone has a particular format they would like.

And Indian, modern French and Arabic, although I have probably made a hash of Indian and Arabic :)

While I am on a roll, I have added Italian, Portuguese and Swedish commander names themes as well.

I have added a Spanish commander names theme to v3.2. This is a little more difficult than most because of the structure of Spanish names. Most names will have a first name and two surnames with about 1/10 having "y" plus a third surname. I know this doesn't come close to covering all the possibilities so I am open to suggestions as to how to make it more realistic.
