There are some popping up already and I'm sure there will be more to come. Like here for ground unit creation:

I would wait a little and look for new material rather than follow any old ones.

Somebody -- actually, many somebodies -- will do Let's Plays and instructional videos and the like as bug fixes settle down and we can reasonably expect to not have to change the database tomorrow.

Until then, the old tutorials plus liberal research in the changes' Table of Contents thread: http://aurora2.pentarch.org/index.php?topic=10666.0 plus asking a lot of questions is probably your best bet.
