They are not in the design screen. To be clear, the design screen is the 3rd tab in ground units right?

They're put on medium vehicle chassises. I've never had a problem designing them so if it's not showing up it's probably a bug and should be reported (with the database attached).

I researched Xenoarcheology Equipment but cannot find them in the ground unit template screen. Could somebody provide a step by step tutorial?
