VB Aurora had an 'Add Officer' button, and I expect C# Aurora will get it in a month or two as Steve works his way through all the QoL improvements he skipped in order to get C# Aurora out by Easter.

I'm not interested in the ability to edit an officer's bouses, though.  It smacks too much of 'cheating' to me.  If I need a particularly good officer for some important part of my fiction, the 'Redo Officers' and 'Add Officer' buttons have always been enough for me.

1.  Create commander.  Just generate a new leader of the desired type and rank.

That would be very good.

I'd just like a little more SpaceMaster functions in the Commanders window.

1.  Create commander.  Just generate a new leader of the desired type and rank.

2.  Edit a commander's bonuses.

Maybe there's a way to do these things that I'm missing, but otherwise let that be a suggestion.
