If the planet requires a ground survey, then landing the geosurvey military unit will automatically have it perform the survey.

Only large bodies (minimum 4000km diameter) will ever have the option for a ground survey.

The geo survey process has changed considerably for C#. Instead of surveying each individual planetary body with teams, you instead have a chance that certain bodies will have a geo survey potential. This is discovered suring normal geo survey, and you can instead send your geo survey units to those bodies. The ground geo survey happens automatically.

So i made a geo ground team, how does it work, they are now on Earth, do they see if there are more minerals there? do i have to order them?
