Yep, I looked again searching for "crustal" and found the bug fix report - it looks like that was was changed in 1.6

If you somehow did have this then it would be a bug because Luna is not supposed to have any water or hydrosphere.

Luna has no water in my game.  The Moon is a harsh mistress.   :)

In my 1.51 game Luna started with Crustal Hydro 10%.  I just started a 1.94 game and Luna is devoid of water.  I started up a second game just to be sure, and Luna is also Hydro 0% there.  A quick search of the forums didn't turn up anything - did I miss an announcement for this change?
