Solved it, had to put the naval command on general, so now its working as intended. For those that look for it there is a button to "Leave overhaul" in naval, at the bottom in the middel...

Mumbel, only spent several hours to find that one... ::) ;D

I got a small problem, I have 16 ships stuck in overhaul that can not bee stopped, I only get the option to start a new one, but due to being already in overhaul I cant do that and they are not overhauled. I have posted it on the bug side. But do anyone know a way to stop a overhaul manually?
