Is there anyway to decrease the time it takes for months to pass? Usually for me it's 3-5 seconds. I know, bloody impatient but the scale on wich aurora takes place can take quite a bit of time. Anyway, turning off orbital motions for planets/moons helped a little, but then after about 4 years it went back to the same rate. Is there something i need to do?
Not really. There is so much going on in the background that increments are going to take a few seconds. It used to take much longer :)

The time it takes is dependant on what needs to be calculated. Expect a 30-day increment to increase in processing time as the game progresses.
