I did this not to long ago. I thought I had an extra mass driver on earth, and so I moved it off that when mineral packets from three mining colonies.

All the civies turned red, I quickly moved a mass driver back to earth and in the mean time I stopped all the mass driver delivery to earth.

It took like a year, and setting the contact event off for sol system for the civvies to no longer be mad at me.

Ah thanks for that however quitting the game and starting it up again sorted it out. Seems they have a worse long term memory than I do.

Enter SM mode, go to the Diplomacy screen (Ctrl-F5), select the civilian race and modify the relations to something really large (10,000 or so).

So I bombarded my earth from the moon as a part of my evil plan, well it was an accident involving moving mass drivers and the cycle tickbox. Can't admit that though, bumbling leader or evil mastermind?
Anyway, now immediately after that accident all the civ shipping line ships are popping up as hostile, resulting in pauses every time they enter or leave sensor range. I guess this could be a bug of sorts? Due to the attack my civilisation is now hostile to itself?
So is there any way to fix this or am I going to have to kill the game?
