Thanks. I did discover that, after searching here. It was just such a surprise when I couldn't find any way to save the game before exiting.
Maybe some of this could be explained in a simple ReadMe file during installation? It wouldn't have to be much, just to indicate how to install the game, how to start it (once you get to the System Map, you can always explore the icons there), and how to exit.
I wonder if it might be good to just put a link in it to the appropriate tutorial file here. That would give Steve just one place to change documentation.
