I'll post the details of construction rates and planetary installations to the mechanics forum
Aye, but I'm also asking for the current economic situation in Delphi and Sol, for the Commonwealth.
I'm not an Economics major. Nor a minor. And I don't claim to understand campaign logstics TOO well (But, alas, better than alot of people).
But the logistics of empire, I can do.
To be honest? You need to get several factories out to Delphi, ASAP. Hold off on shipping colonists - would it be efficient to mothball the colony ships for a short period of time? - and start shipping out industrial capacity.
Effectivly, by shipping colonists and infrastructre out to Delphi, you're shipping out farm workers with farming machinery, and everything they need to live and support themselves. You can do that with the other world you have, although the name escapes me.
But what Delphi needs, and needs in order to jump-start itself, is industrial capcity. Get some sort of industry working at Delphi, and it will be able to produce a good portion of its own infrastructre.
...in fact, that might be a good idea: build a few more freighters to increase your non-colonist load, use them to haul mines and factories over to Delphi, and have the factories work on nothing but producing infrastructre. 'Eventually', Delphi will be producing the infrastructure needed for incoming colonists itself, I think. I'll need to crunch the numbers ^_^;; but it should work. At least, that's the plan of action I would be taking.
