June 10, the Moriancumer class survey ship launches, the first TN craft launched by the NZDL, it begins surveying the system.
November 25, The Haruna launches from the Japanese Alliance, at 4000 tons it is the largest vessel currently in use by humanity.

april 22, Omni launches out of the new shipyard in the NZDL, at 8700 tons it easily surpasses Haruna as the largest ship in Sol, the NZDL claims it is a mere freighter, only time will tell for sure.
July 19, Shiblon launches out of the NZDL, their second survey vessel
August 3, Mohonri Moriancumer and Haruna run across each other while survey Saturn's moons, they exchange some harsh words with each other over an unsecured line that are picked up by recievers on Earth some time later, what is causing the tension between the two ships?
August 13, Tragedy strikes as the controversial Captain of the CM ship Esperanza, Patricia Cardenas Orosco dies in an accident during a routine inspection of the ships engine spaces, famous for discovering and inadvertently revealing the ruins on Mars to the world, she was promoted and had continued surveyin the system with great skill. She is replaced by her second in command, Leonardo Peres Canales
October 22, Acadia launches from the Empire of New Canada, it is her first survey vessel
December 25, Omni 2 launches
The NZDL survey vessels and the Haruna have several interactions after their first encounter, almost as if they are going out of their way to bug each other [ooc]seriously, it's like Haruna was following the NZDL ships around.[/ooc]
Research and construction continues, with most nations finally getting on top of the duranium shortage. New major installations are going up around the world, and emphasis is being given to new shipyards as construction factories free up.
Japan, CM, and Northern Kingdom continue their loose alliance, Neo Italy and Inuk appear to be content keeping to themselves, Empire of New Canada and the NZDL have been engaged in some lengthy private negotiations, the details of which have not been revealed publicly.
