Are you sure it is theirs? It might be precursors or swarm.
Yeah. I'm pretty sure it was identified as one of theirs when my survey ship spotted it.

My friends here of the Agamar Kingdom are at a relation of 733 at my end, neutral. I was exploring new systems when I found some absolutely uninhabitable rock with a thermal sig of 95 and 95 EM sig, probably a deep space tracking station. There also happens to be a perfectly inhabitable planet not too far away from it, which would make a great place for a colony. Question: if I place a colony there and populate it, would it piss them off?
