No, you need Designer mode for that.

I think it's related to invaders and swarm fleets in the same system.
Invaders are disabled. I do notice that something must be going on presumably with NPRs outside of my known universe due to sporadic occurrences of 30-or-so-second interrupts.

By now my best guess is that some NPR has built a whooping large sensor (maybe tracking stations) somewhere that causes this overflow. The Question is, can I somehow change this in SM mode?

It could easily be something realated to NPR activity.

Is there anyway I could find out (say in SM mode)?

It's really annoying to have to click away both error messages in mid-calculation. Else I can just hit the 30 days button, then make myself a tea and come back 5 minutes later to see the results of the turn...

So its "Error in GetMaxPotentialSensorRange", can that seriously be down to Earth tracking station of strnegth 4400?

EDIT: Nope, aint that. Even removing them all does not affect the error.

Note that it says the above in the title bar of the window, not in the window proper.
Ah I might have overlooked that. (just as I had overlooked how much racial wealth I had for a looong time in my first game...)

I'll check when I get back to the game, which wont be before Sunday; thanks in advance!

The error message should be telling you which function is causing the issue, what else does it say?

I am getting an Error message on error 6, "overflow". Does not cause a CTD, but still is annoying.

What could cause this apart from speed-related stuff (all my task groups either have no orders or sufficient speed to complete their orders in reasonable time).

I do not have an overly large tracking station either, level-11 at strength 4400.
