Whenever a particular task group is in overhaul, and I order then to abandon it, it takes 28 days for them to do so.  I have repeated this - it only happens with this task group, but it always happens with them.  Any ideas?

It's supposed to take a month to abandon an overhaul, for two reasons. One is that in the middle of an overhaul it seems reasonable that bits of a ship would be all over the dock so you will need some time to put the ship back together. Secondly, if you could just instantly abandon an overhaul, there wouldn't be any decision required regarding when to enter an overhaul status. It would make sense to do it as soon as you entered orbit of a planet with maintenance facilities.
