I know that.    I was asking if there was a comprehensive put together version I could download because of connection issues that make even doing it manually a real pain.    IF that is my only option, then I have no choice but I wanted to find out if there was something I could download in whole first.

You could always just go to the online documentation (what little there is that is current) and save it for offline viewing.

Is there a manual for OFFLINE playing and learning?

If not, is there one planned?   Many people do not have full time or full high speed internet, even here in the U. S.    Thus we cannot sit online constantly to read the online docs. . .
