Hmm. Well, extrapolating from the existing rules...

A generic "Participated in battle" been-there-done-that award is probably good for a favorable nod. I'd peg it under a 10% political reliability. Call it 50 points.

Time served is valued at 25/year, max 100. I'd guess each 10, 20, 30 year service star would be an extension worth another 100 points.

"Heroism under Fire" sounds like a semi-rare medal that automatically earns a little extra respect. I'd peg it just under the value of a 15% political reliability, or 200 points.

Your highest, rarest, and most esteemed medal might be up there with a 20% political reliability, or 400 points.

With Realistic Promotions, I'm wanting to create some medals. Among the usual time in service medals, I'm also wanna create some combat reward medals. My questiob is what is generally a good promotion value for any medal I create based on it's type(I.E. guy was in service for 10 years versus heroism under fire)?
