Hi, I just started colonizing my first extrasolar planet and now, every time a civilian ship transits the jumpgate between my two systems, the game interrupts as though it's urgently necessary that I attend to this, and because the civilian ships are from two different companies that seem to want to separate into individual ships (over 200 ships total), this happens about every four hours or so.    I've tried turning off civilian transponders in both systems (through the system map, in case there's another way to do it that I haven't found yet), but that doesn't seem to do anything (bug?).

Is there any way to fix this so I can get back to playing?  Thank you.

[EDIT]: They only seem to cause interrupts when working under contract.   Free trading doesn't seem to do it.
