For officers in a staff position, it modifies the task force's logistics bonus, which affects the speed of cargo loading in the same system as the task force HQ. For planetary governors, it affects cargo loading speed and increases the rate at which overhauls take place at their assigned planet.

Didn't know about the overhaul speedup, that's pretty nice.  What about individual task GROUP loading?  Does the CO of the TG affect load times of the TG if he has a logistics bonus?

overhauls too? That's nice!

And it speed up embarking/disembarking troops and cargos if a ship captain, right?

EDIT, some hours after. Is the industry bonus also used by salvagers and not only by gate creators? That would be nice as we don't have a need for that much gate creators ships.

Specifically, my question is, what does a ship commander's logistics bonus affect?
