Other than that - Did you make the mistake I did a while back and start a game with a large population and NPRs turned on? If so, the AI probably has about 1000 civilian ships, slowing you down.

« on: April 08, 2014, 05:38:10 AM »Ive been playing with the Portable Installer due to ease of use but it seems to be quite slow compared to some games ive seen on youtube in the lets plays and I was wondering if doing a manual install would allow for a faster game play experience im only a few years into my game and already a single day can take 5-10 seconds to complete.
