Survey vessels from all three major powers converged on Earth in the first quarter this year, informed sources tell us the notoriously independent and surly captains were not pleased to encounter other vessels in orbit, but surveys proceeded without violent incident. The results of the mineral surveys were not released, but we do know that vast amounts of ruins were found, some remarkably intact. The potential for salvage is great assuming the problems of recovering it can be overcome. With current treaty negotiations still stuck the question remains however, will this be the cause for the first major violent outbreak in 150 years?
