It's that little blue link "[applaud]" below Karma and above the online/offline indicator in the nametag section to the left of posts.
That person only has seven posts...you need at least ten in order to give/take karma.

Sensors 1HS or below are considered Commercial, Active or Passive.

I've read somewhere than certain passive sensor capability is possible for Commercial designs, if the sensors are small enough but I can't seem to find it now.  Anyone knows anything about that? Thanks.
