I'm not at home at the moment so I can't check the code. I also suspect that if that happens, the military unit that captured the ship will defend it against the other boarding attempt.

I don't think Steve has this covered in the code. Nor have I gamed this scenario.
This is just my guess based on the original posts.
Both B and C will ignore each other in favor of overcoming A. If A is subdued first then the new controlling race will become A in the scenario.
