So, I had what I think to be an interesting idea for an AAR. I call it the Shining City. Basically, the premise behind it, is that during an oil crisis in 2080 Russia had a complete collapse of its government and extremists got hold of its nuclear missile launch systems and launched them all around the world starting what can be described as a nuclear panic attack and reaction where the rest of the nations with nuclear capability launched their own missiles wildly. The year is know 2340 and Humanity has one giant megacity in the area we call Oregon. It's called Hope, but to the rest of the world it is called the Shining City. It is hear that humanity has just discovered the minerals that have come to be known as the Trans-Newtonian minerals.

So, would this make an interesting AAR, or not?
