I have also noticed this, but I think I was getting results faster than expected. I am taking a wild guess but I think the process may work in a way that allows all teams to contribute to the espionage tick counter, but then obviously only one team actually tips the number over the threshold, this team then gets an espionage result while the ticker resets. Thus all other teams are just providing help to the main group of spies (think backup support services etc). I could well be totally wrong and I guess unless Steve chimes in we will never know.

Hi,

I have send 3 espionage teams to an NPR homeworld, but I only get news from one of the teams (the most skilled). Is only one team allowed to work against a certain NPR at once?
