My only personal problem with low scientist istuations, is when you get stuck with 2 guys with 5 labs max, and you've got like a default TN start with 20 labs, so the game whines at you because you arent using all your labs

Look in the leaders screen for the button to add officers. Most will be military but every dozen or so might be a decent researcher or administrator.

So what do you guys do if you just draw like 2 zero percent, 5-10 lab scientists for your start? Just roll again? Is there a way to add scientists?
