Racial per capita income should be your base wealth generation * (1.20)^(num of economy techs). Population per capita should be racial per capita + governor/sector governor bonus. Neither of them takes into account the financial centers, so it's kinda a moot stat.

Hi,

does anybody know how those values (Racial & Population Per Capita Income) are calculated by the game? Tried to but they don't seem to correspond to any of the other given numbers. Interestingly enough with only one Colony on Earth, the values of both are different. Is that right?

Also what for are those values? The only thing interesting for the development of my Race is the income and expenditures. The per Capita income don't give me any hints as to possible problems in my development. Do they have a statistical use for me?
