Same with me in 6.xx. The Aquarii System had a secondary star about 25 trillion out, and since the central one was so promising in resources, I decided to purpose build a special craft to go there and back. (the ship design was named "Aquarii Project" to make that clear)
It flew about 9 years to get there and then another 9 back, barely making it on fuel. Sadly the second star did not seed so many resources, but maybe it was for the better. Designing a freighter to get stuff there and back would maybe not have been much economic.

Had a system with a secondary star about 20 trillion km away from the main star back in 6.(something).

Sometimes Aurora generates pretty interesting Star Systems. But this one was a special one:

Super Jovian: 17.1G, 138.000km Diameter, Orbital Distance: 79 bkm, 1 Rotation: 20433 years.

The system has two jump points (600mkm and 1100mkm distance to the central star (a D9-VII Class)). So just for looking if there might be Sorium on the Jovian flying 78bkm towards it and then back... .
