It was obviously aliens. The passing of the tenth planet nibiru in 10,000 BC caused oscillations in the subspace field of the plasma vortex force making quantum fluctuations in the gravity wave electric field harmonics.

Seems fairly common for moons, I wonder what made the solar system more chaotic than this?
Gas giants throwing moon sized objects in-system. Planet sized objects getting too close to each other to collide or throw one another out-system. Its all based on how the first dust came together to create celestial objects at the beginning of the system and how they orbited. After a really long while it all stabilizes to a point where planets and moons aren't thrown around every few ten of thousand years or so.
