Typos: Having discovered X new START systems
Suggestions: Please add a few discretionary medals (no conditions) for distinguished (100), remarkable (250), exceptional (1000) services, distributed as we see fit with the proper citations. I'm making them myself though. :)

If you follow the post you can notice thta I do make medals on request, if you repost there I will work on it and post in there so everybody can use. I will correct the typo, thanks for spotting it.
