It is as disclaimer because I dont want chase an error reported due to mix and match.

Typos: Having discovered X new START systems

Suggestions: Please add a few discretionary medals (no conditions) for distinguished (100), remarkable (250), exceptional (1000) services, distributed as we see fit with the proper citations. I'm making them myself though.

If you follow the post you can notice thta I do make medals on request, if you repost there I will work on it and post in there so everybody can use. I will correct the typo, thanks for spotting it.
