I was wondering would it make sense/be interesting if you could transport water for terraforming purposes?

Considering how many times you would need to do and repeat this, I think it would soon become tedious.

And eat a lot of fuel stocks.

Would it be possible to keep the "Unassigned weapons" list closed when an action is performed with the fire controls? I am currently in a fight and I have ships with around a hundred box launchers and the unassigned weapons list opens and shoots me to the bottom of the page whenever I so much as assign a target to a fire control.

If the list didn't open automatically that would reduce the tedium of ship combat with bigger ships.

It must be that decimal separator issue / regional keyboard settings. Thanks for help, I try to change that in windows.

Be aware that changing decimal settings in Windows doesn't restore a game already started. Even more, also the DB could be corrupted.
It's better you create a new directory, with a fresh version of the game, and begin a new match.

Looking at the screenshot, I'd say it's definitely a decimal separator issue. The one hard and fast rule about this game is that it must be played with settings that result in this meaning from this number:

1,001.01 = One thousand one decimal zero one

Is 1 thousand plus 1/2 1,000.5 or 1 000,5 ?

Not sure is it 70 bilj. It seems Unrest isn't anymore, I moved more infra there, but every time I do this, population increases too. I am terraforming it to be more stable and added civilian flag NOT to bring more colonist.

As a CMC has its own mass driver, I think you see the packets from it and from the mass driver of your colony.
