Any way to play aurora without missiles (npr too)?

I tried searching this on the forums but didn't find that (probly i'm just too dumb).

So, i'd like to try pure non-missile game, only beams and kinetic.  But as missiles are so damn powerful, i'd like to remove them from enemies also.  Is that even possible?

Not from NPRs. Of course, you could play with only player controlled races. Set your NPR generation chance to 0/0
