Our mighty fleet does not contain a single armed ship of any sort, inspite of protests from many groups. Especially since we have begun the exploring of the six wormholes in our system.

The pride of our fleet are as follows:

Quote
(4)Donkey class Freighter    6950 tons     335 Crew     416 BP      Signature 139-200
1438 km/s     Armour 1     Shields 0-0     Sensors 1/0/0/0     Damage Control 0-0
Cargo 30000    Cargo Handling Multiplier 5    Replacement Parts 10

Nuclear Thermal Engine EE1 AR-0 (8)Power 25    Engine Efficiency 1.00    Armour 0    Exp 5%
Fuel Capacity 100,000 Litres    Range 62.1 billion km   (500 days at full power)

The Admiralty fought hard to name this the Liberty class, but the Honorable Senator from Quebec wrote a clause into the navel budget that requires any freighter class to be named after an animal. While not much attention was paid to the clause at the time of the budgets passing, it is now the center of a potential firestorm.

Improved Gravitational Sensors (1)   2 Survey Points

With five of the Worm holes explored, we have a much better idea of what lies on the other ends.

London: Our two deep space survey ships are looking for the gravidic tides that may indicate the presence of more wormholes here. In addition to no fewer then eight comets, there are several planets and moons. A geo survey has yet to be done as the Asteroid survey of Sol is not even done yet on the innner asteroid belt.

Manchester: It has an inner asteroid belt with over 260 asteroids and many planets and moons. Two of the planets may be colonizable, but at great expense.

Liverpool: This system blew the astronomers minds. No fewer then four suns. All have asteroids and Liverpool A has three planets that have anywhere from 1 moon to 26 moons.

Stevenage: There is a planet here that can be colonized, but at nearly prohibitive cost. In addition there are several other planets and a gass giant.

Edinburgh: Another amazing system with three suns. All of them have planetary systems and all are easily reachable for mineral survey. Edinburgh C has a planet that may be easily colonizable, but may neet some terraforming first. However, Edinburgh A has no fewer then two planets that will be cheap to colonize and have caused Edinburgh to be the next system to be throughly surveyed. The deep space survey ships in London will head here as soon as their work is done.

We are currently researching High Density Duranium Armour and then will begin to develop fighter tech as per Congressional direction.

I thought the background on the Donkey was particularly amusing :)

Looking forward to hearing how your campaign progresses

The Terran Federation has a pop of 671 million on earth and a Mining

colony on the moon Europa.

Europa (103 automated mines with more coming.)

Earth
Population: 671m
Naval Academy: Level 2
Maintenance Facility: Level 1
Commercial Freighter Facility: Yes
Shipyards: 11
Construction Factories: 442
Ordnance Factories: 110
Fighter Factories: 110
Fuel Refineries: 220
Mines: 440
Automated Mines: 7
Research Facilities: 34 (4 new built)
Ground Force TF: 5
Missile Silos: 55
Fighter Bases: 2
Deep Space Tracking Station: 3
Fuel Stockpile: 1.23m

infrastructure built: 2162

Our proud navy ahs undergone explosive growth in the past four years.

Donkey Freighters: 8
Geo Survey Ships: 6
Gravity Survey Ships: 6
Enterprise Jump Ships: 4

We are currently building a new clas of ship called the Mayflower. It

is supposed to be able to build wormhole stabilization gates. This

will permit any ship without a jump drive to use the wormhole without

an escorting jumpship. It will be completed on March 27th 2027.

Mayflower class Construction Ship    11500 tons     510 Crew     635

BP      Signature 230-300
1304 km/s     Armour 1     Shields 0-0     Sensors 1/0/0/0     Damage

Control 0-0
Cargo 60000    Cargo Handling Multiplier 10    Replacement Parts 15

Nuclear Thermal Engine EE1 AR-0 (12)    Power 25    Engine Efficiency

1.00    Armour 0    Exp 5%
Fuel Capacity 100,000 Litres    Range 37.6 billion km   (333 days at

full power)

This design is classed as a freighter for maintenance purposes

Also soon to be completed are three colony Ships called the Luminus

class. They will light our way to the stars and permit Humanity to

escape this devasted planet. While the other power blocks on earth

have been suppressed by our land forces and remaining nuclear

missiles, they are not happy at the inferior position that they have

and still retain the ability to cause us great harm if they think the

price worth it. Especially the Asian Union.

Luminus class Colony Ship    5900 tons     330 Crew     834 BP

Signature 118-175
1483 km/s     Armour 1     Shields 0-0     Sensors 1/0/0/0     Damage

Control 0-0
Colonists 50000    Cargo Handling Multiplier 5    Replacement Parts 10

Nuclear Thermal Engine EE1 AR-0 (7)    Power 25    Engine Efficiency

1.00    Armour 0    Exp 5%
Fuel Capacity 100,000 Litres    Range 73.2 billion km   (571 days at

full power)

This design is classed as a freighter for maintenance purposes

In addition, our navy has explored six new systems, of which four

havve planets and two have habitable planets that may be coloized at

little cost.

(Shortly there after I corrupted the database somehow. I cannot find the gate building tech. I had researched the 180 day, and then couldn't find it. I had put it into the mayflower class ships and then came back to the game a week later and the module had disappeared. I cann see it onthe list of tech successfully researched though, but I cannot find it on the ships designing screen.)
