Our mighty fleet does not contain a single armed ship of any sort, inspite of protests from many groups. Especially since we have begun the exploring of the six wormholes in our system.
The pride of our fleet are as follows:
(4)Donkey class Freighter 6950 tons 335 Crew 416 BP Signature 139-200
1438 km/s Armour 1 Shields 0-0 Sensors 1/0/0/0 Damage Control 0-0
Cargo 30000 Cargo Handling Multiplier 5 Replacement Parts 10
Nuclear Thermal Engine EE1 AR-0 (8)Power 25 Engine Efficiency 1.00 Armour 0 Exp 5%
Fuel Capacity 100,000 Litres Range 62.1 billion km (500 days at full power)
The Admiralty fought hard to name this the Liberty class, but the Honorable Senator from Quebec wrote a clause into the navel budget that requires any freighter class to be named after an animal. While not much attention was paid to the clause at the time of the budgets passing, it is now the center of a potential firestorm.
(2)Enterprise class Jump Ship 6000 tons 540 Crew 709 BP Signature 120-225

With five of the Worm holes explored, we have a much better idea of what lies on the other ends.
London: Our two deep space survey ships are looking for the gravidic tides that may indicate the presence of more wormholes here. In addition to no fewer then eight comets, there are several planets and moons. A geo survey has yet to be done as the Asteroid survey of Sol is not even done yet on the innner asteroid belt.
Manchester: It has an inner asteroid belt with over 260 asteroids and many planets and moons. Two of the planets may be colonizable, but at great expense.
Liverpool: This system blew the astronomers minds. No fewer then four suns. All have asteroids and Liverpool A has three planets that have anywhere from 1 moon to 26 moons.
Stevenage: There is a planet here that can be colonized, but at nearly prohibitive cost. In addition there are several other planets and a gass giant.
Edinburgh: Another amazing system with three suns. All of them have planetary systems and all are easily reachable for mineral survey. Edinburgh C has a planet that may be easily colonizable, but may neet some terraforming first. However, Edinburgh A has no fewer then two planets that will be cheap to colonize and have caused Edinburgh to be the next system to be throughly surveyed. The deep space survey ships in London will head here as soon as their work is done.
We are currently researching High Density Duranium Armour and then will begin to develop fighter tech as per Congressional direction.
