I am going to keep a track here of any non-bug fix changes

Space Station Fleet
You can choose a default space station fleet on the industrial tab, in the same way as a default fighter fleet. New space stations from construction factories will be built into the specified fleet. If it no longer exists, a new fleet will be created.
