I have created a resolution zero mode for active sensors. This simply means that the sensor can detect objects of all sizes and has a range equal to the sensor strength x 10,000 km.

Normally sensor range is equal to strength x resolution x 10,000 km, so this mode will have an equivalent range to resolution 1 sensor. As there is no longer any point having sensor resolutions lower than 2 (which would be double the size of a zero resolution sensor), I have removed them as options. This change effectively means that anything smaller than 1 HS will be detected as if it was 1 HS. This is partly to resolve some of the issues with missile size but also because I felt the existing requirements to detect missiles were too severe.
