Difficulty launching 2.0

I'm running into an issue trying to launch version 2.0. When I try to run the .exe I receive an error (see screenshot attached) and the .exe disappears.
 
Anyone any idea what I'm doing wrong, or how to fix it?

Did you do your installation like

-1.13 install with all folders and dll assemblies
-2.0.1 with DB and .exe
-2.0.2 exe

Sounds like you are missing the first step with the dlls.

The exe disappearing sounds like an aggressive Antivirus though.

I was indeed missing the first step. Thanks!
 
And yes, replacing my antivirus fixed the problem of the exe being deleted.
