Unlike the earlier capsules and shuttles this ship carried a 67 man crew, far larger than anything fielded before, it not only stretches our boundaries of space, but our own abilities to build such a colossal (in comparision to previous craft) ship, and to keep 67 human beings alive and well in a low gravity environment
