Hello!  Windows 10 user in the US.  Downloaded and installed 1.13.0 and the 2.5.0 and 2.5.1 patches (in that order) and then read the ReadMeFirst file.  The program seems to run fine when I execute Aurora.exe.  So do I still need to change the decimal separator character as instructed in the C# Full Installation thread?  If yes, a quick step by step would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

The decimal separator must be a period. If you are in the US, it should be that way by default unless your Win10 installation is in a different language/locale.
