Trading ships, weapons, ordnance between races

Would be possible to add this feature? I think it could give more deep and detail to the diplomatic field.

And could provide to player races or npr with exotic ships or help in a war...

I dont know if it is possible to program tho..

After all, each item has a common value (construction points), so maybe it could be more easy and could allow to trade wealth / installations / ships / whatever

Or maybe it is implemented and Im missing something hahahaha

I really miss this feature from classic aurora.   Hopefully it's implemented soon. 
Transferring ships that is between player races.  Not trading exactly but close enough.

This could have interesting consequences to tech sharing as well.
