Plotting an intercept
« on: November 10, 2024, 12:56:48 AM »
Hi all, this time through I was trying a beam FAC based strategy - forced on me by some early game fast spoilers. Obviously engagement ranges are relatively short and so maneuvering ships into close range is important. Is there any route to automatically order ships to close on each other based on predicted position, or does it all have to be handled with waypoints?

Thanks

The Follow order. It plots the intercepts automatically if they are possible. You can also set a target distance you want to achieve, rather than moving to zero range.
