Poll lasts till end of the weekend

Not come up with the random research idea at the moment, but I am thinking it be something that is based on each countries history, and possible access to tech prior to invaders.

What sort of background story will we have? The same? A new one? The old one with what happened so far (in case of a further ahead start)?
The choice of a nation really depends on that.

Background story is the same up to the start point. After that is was just a dream....

It never happened.

Also I will be asking Erik or Panp to add a new forum above for a new game start and leave the old forum there.

If we go for 8000 point extra, this will be the only new piece written into the story where new empires were able to decipher some of the vaults technology and allowed for certain leaps in different areas.

In retrospect, the question was silly. I withdraw it  ::)
It's currently 3:3 on TN and conventional with 8k RP - we did start conventional but with TN technology itself researched. Will we need to purchase TN tech with these 8000 RP or is it granted to everyone by default? (Making it essentially a conventional 9000 RP start)

Well since it is dead locked, and I like your compromise.

It will be a convention start with tn researched as a bonus.

You can now start putting your 8000 point wish list together and emailing it to me.
