16th April 2032 00:00:01,Washington,As a result of exploration of the Ruins on Washington-A II Archaeological Team Marylou Steffens Archaelogical Team has discovered the technical details of Phased Geological Sensors

Something just sweet about that.

Glad to see that actually works :) I have yet to have a ruins tech discovery in any of the campaigns I have run so far. The chances of both discovery and exhaustion are increased in v1.6.

The first time I advanced time in my current campaign after reading your post. I got a tech result from ruins :)
