Battleground Sol: Introduction/Stats

Forenote: Steve's got me back into Aurora again, I'm going to try a multi-nation start with a twist: 1: The starting races aren't all on Earth/same planet and 2: They're aliens. I thank Steves newest campaign and Kurts "Twin Moons" as my inspiration, and plan on this series lasting a while. Also, please excuse my rust, and general ineptetude at designing combat ships. I'll get better, I promise!

It is the year 2100. The solar system is in a new era – the two alien races on Jupiters moons are no longer the only species that have reached a trans-newtonian level of technology. The humans from Earth, after uniting their homworld have started transformation of their industries to a Trans-Newtonian society.

Probes sent to Jupiter had established contact with the other two alien races; the Sargons and Donhovians. The Sargons are a insectoid, hivemind race, whom are incredibly warlike, while the Donhovians are a collective of roughly humanoid looking creatures who have been fighting the Sargon menace for untold generations.

This constant fighting has been a constant drain on the trans-Newtonian minerals on both their homeworlds, and the Donhovians, in a desperate act to gain a new ally, shared the information on their trans-Newtonian secrets in the hopes that the Terrans could become strong, and have gratitude to their teachers. These coming years will decide the fate of Sol.
