Gauss cannon problem.
« on: March 30, 2013, 12:33:56 AM »
My Gauss cannons are suddenly showing 0 range when they should have a range of 30,000km.

Anyone know why?

The only thing that comes to mind is, if you put the gun into a design, but have _not_ added a firecontrol yet, it´s actual range _is_ 0 (without a targeting system you can´t shoot at nothing). Put a beam firecon in and it will show a range again.

If that is _not_ it, I have no clue.

Made no difference, still at 0.

I guess I will try redesigning them.

Where?  Component design? Turret design? Class design?  ???

Highlight/copy/paste what your seeing in your reply will really help diagnose the issue.
