error 381 on fighter screen

I have my first 3 fighters but when i try and form a sqn on the figher screen at my planetary fighter base i get
an error 381 whenever i attempt to input any information.    fighters are primitive but work and are just prototypes
to test.  any suggestions?   thanks!

Got it.   I kept trying to type in the info on the page top where i thought you created sqns but its the buttons down on
the left that does it (10 zillion things to remember...like 3 month range on warships..duh).   got the first sqn organized.
